DIY Babylegs

Jonah has a pair of leg warmer type things called Babylegs that I think look adorable on his chunky legs (see picture above). However, they usually run anywhere from $10-15 which means he only has one pair. I saw this tutorial on the internet and decided I was going to try to make him some. It was soooo easy. I bought women's knee socks although you could use crew socks too. I made him 5 pairs for $26. I could have done it cheaper but I was impatient and wanted to buy some today and only 2 of the 5 pairs of socks were on sale. I can't decide which is my favorite. It was hard to find boy appropriate ones in women's socks but I think these will work. There are 3 very special girls with birthdays coming up and there are oodles of cute socks for girls.
So that was my project for today during Jonah's afternoon nap. We're having sloppy lentils from the crock pot for dinner tonight (like sloppy joe's but with lentils). I haven't told Matt yet. I think it is yummy. I hope he'll be open minded. Stay tuned.

Let me know how that goes. Try a McDonald's bun for extra acceptance :)
