We've had a busy week with our trip to Michigan. Jonah slept almost all the way there with only one stop. That is really good considering it took us two hours longer than planned due to snow and accidents on the road. Jonah and I hung out at the hotel while Matt was at his interview. We did do a little shopping but then it was time to pick Matt up and take him to the airport. Here are some pictures from the trip and the last few days. I'm very excited to announce that Jonah has slept through the night for the last two nights. On Sunday I left him in his carseat when I got home from work because I didn't want to wake him up. I brought the carseat into the bedroom and layed down to nap because I figured he would be up anytime. He woke up at 7 am! Then last night he went to sleep at around 11 pm and woke up at 7 am. I'm hoping he keeps it up. We're looking forward to seeing everyone on Thanksgiving and for everyone to see how much Jonah has grown.

Jonah will take his first out of state trip this week. We're going to Michigan on Thursday because Matt has an interview on Friday. Jonah and I will drive him to the airport in Detroit because he has an interview in Denver on Saturday. I'm hoping we won't get any snow or ice for my drive back to Peoria.
Jonah reached another milestone on Friday. He rolled over! He has done it before but I think it had been a fluke. Now he's doing it all the time to get to what he wants. Caleb is already wary of the semi-mobile baby. He doesn't know what is to come!

While I was at work and Matt was in St. Louis, Jonah spent the weekend with Grandma Plunk. It wasn't hard to go back to work but everyday I work I miss my baby more. I do really love my job though. Too bad I can't put Jonah in an empty bedspace. The picture is of Jonah watching tv (reminds me of his daddy).

Last week went by quickly. I caught Matt's sore throat and cough but thankfully Jonah did not. Matt and Jonah hung out at Jacob's house on Saturday and that night we went to Alok's house where Jonah met more members of the med school family. Yesterday I officially came back from maternity leave. Matt left today for an interview in Minneapolis. We are going to miss him but Jonah and I will have fun at home eating take-out and watching Jon & Kate Plus 8 (my favorite show)! Jonah is 3 months old today. For the last week he has been sleeping for longer stretches at night but he still doesn't go to sleep until midnight. He brings his hands together and will bring things to his mouth. We can't tell if he favors his left hand or his right or if it is too early to tell.
